At Reagan National Airport 45,000 suitcases move through the airport daily. The architects selected demountable Acrovyn High Impact Wall Panels throughout the baggage, ticket and concourse levels for their ability to shrug off persistent abuse. Of the 100,000 panels specified, 7,500 were custom sizes and shapes requiring precision manufacturing and tight project management. The specified 3/8" panel reveal had to be absolutely consistent with zero tolerance through the project. Every panel in the airport is easily replaced if ever damaged.
