Due to the amount of people expected to enter and exit this prestigious building in the heart of New York City, Architects Renzo Piano and FX Fowle specified C/S Peditred Entrance Grids at all of the entrances to the NY Times building. Capable of handling rolling loads of 1000 lbs per wheel, the C/S Peditred is supported by a custom heavy duty drainable support system and the grid includes integrated pressure sensors for the automatic door.
